Hello, my name is Allison King. I am a pastry chef and the owner of King's Kakery.

I have always had a passion for baking, ever since I was a child in the kitchen with my mother. I always wanted to learn how to professionally decorate cakes. In 2007, I found my first opportunity through Wilton decorating courses in my area. From there I started making cakes for my children's birthdays and family events.

In 2012, I enrolled in pastry school and earned my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. I baked from home and worked in bakeries until I found the opportunity to open my own bakery.

After realizing just how much crafting cakes and baking pastries brought joy to my clients, I knew I had to keep moving forward with my dream. King's Kakery Pastry Shop was founded in 2019. Now, I love being able to bring my clients' vision to life through cake.
